He has published 45 international research papers with significant impact, received the HEC Best Research Paper Award and a Gold Medal for Excellence, and actively contributed to global scientific forums including IAEA conferences. With over two decades of senior leadership experience, he has made significant contributions to institutional growth, strategic planning, and particularly human resource development, having overseen one of Pakistan’s largest faculty development programs, sending over 1,250 scholars abroad for advanced degrees.
Khalid Mahmood brings more than 35 years of extensive experience across both public and private sectors, establishing himself as a distinguished professional recognized for achieving transformative outcomes. He is Ex-Secretary, PC-CPEC/BRI, Parliament of Pakistan, throughout his career, he has exhibited outstanding leadership in areas such as public policy, legislative oversight, business consultancy, new technologies, international business and trade, joint ventures, as well as projects related to CPEC and BRI.
Lala Rukh Raffi is a seasoned education professional based in Islamabad with over 25 years of experience across the private and development sectors.
